Polynucleotides are short DNA fragments derived from salmon sperm – biocompatible with human tissue and powerfully regenerative. They activate fibroblasts, stimulate collagen and elastin production, and improve circulation in the dermis. The result is restoration from within, not a temporary surface-level effect.
The under-eye area is one of the most requested applications. For this zone, polynucleotides are often a better alternative to fillers – lower risk, and a result that genuinely improves skin quality rather than simply adding volume.
The treatment works cumulatively: each session builds on the last. A course of three sessions delivers the most consistent and lasting result. Maintenance 1–2 times per year is then sufficient for most patients.
